Bliss is a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to reducing and preventing animal cruelty and euthanasia. Bliss works to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home companion animals at risk of euthanasia at local animal control facilities in Loganville, Georgia.

The Dog and Cat Shelter, a non-profit organization, provides a shelter where unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats can be humanely housed until adopted to qualified homes. We also receive small pets such as guinea pigs, ferrets, birds and snakes, and care for them until we can find them a home. We subsidize costs of spaying or neutering companion animals for those owners who cannot afford to pay for the surgeries. We also have the only feral cat TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in the state.

Petzone is a unique center that has a dog adoption center, thrift shop, and low cost dog training. The thrift shop resells household goods to the public to help with some of the costs associated with dog rescue. We are very integrated in our community; and education of dog ownership is our passion. The euthanasia rate in Walton County is over 80% and there is no humane society. Petzone basically acts as a humane society; just without the funding.

It's Meow or Never Animal Rescue and Sanctuary funds spay, neuter, testing and vaccinations; feeds and provides shelter to homeless animals; adopts animals to loving, forever homes and provides helpful resources to animal enthusiasts and pet owners.Through our fundraising programs, we are working towards a goal of opening a larger adoption center, a spay and neuter clinic and a sanctuary to provide safe refuge for farm animals.
